Core strength and stability is very important to me. Tennis is all about rotation of the body and my ability to create power. I incorporate a lot of abdominal back and glute exercises into my gym sessions.
My nutritionist has done a great job in changing my diet after we established I am allergic to things like gluten - I can't eat pizza pasta and bread. I have lost some weight but my movement is sharper and I feel great.
The Gorillaz cartoons seem more real to me than the actual people on TV. Because at least you know that there's some intelligence behind the cartoons and there's a lot of work that's gone into it so it can't all be just a lie.
